The Spring Conference for the CDP held in Kyoto Japan on June 16-17, 2016 was a very successful event.  The day and a half meeting, poster session, Buessem Award banquet and tutorial was attended by 16 member companies sending 46 representatives.  Representatives from Penn State, North Carolina State Universities, University of Sheffield England, Ryukoku University, Tokyo Institute of Technology and Tokyo University of Science were also present bringing the total number of conference attendees to 92.
