GUEST DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to 1st Night Room & Tax will be charged at the time a guest makes a room reservation, and upon check-in, will be applied towards the guest’s bill. Deposits paid by guests are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least 2 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Guest room reservations must be guaranteed by providing credit card information at the time of reservation.

Attendance at the biannual meetings of the Center for Dielectrics and Piezoelectrics (CDP) is limited to CDP industrial members, faculty currently affiliated with the center, staff, and students, and is by invitation only.  If you are interested in attending a meeting as a guest, please contact one of the Center directors to discuss. Registration of any non-member will be allowed only upon invitation from one of the CDP directors and signature of a non-disclosure agreement.
